2. Shipping Partners & Destinations We ship globally with a strong focus on the United States. We fulfill orders through our network of trusted, authorized international logistics partners to ensure your package arrives safely. Shipping availability to specific regions is confirmed at checkout.

3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination, and the selected logistics provider. We want you to completely love your NanaYi Squishy! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Return Period:

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received itunplayed with, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please note: Due to the handmade nature of our squishies, slight variations in color or texture are normal and are not considered defects.

 

How to Initiate a Return:

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. To start a return, simply email us at squishyyiyilove@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide you with step-by-step instructions.
